We present a short-faced mandibular skeletal class II adult patient who also had lateral incisor agenesis. To obtain a correct occlusal and facial result, it was proposed to treat the case by camouflaging the agenesis of the lateral incisors by closing spaces and adhesive restorations at the end of the treatment. The occlusal correction and carving of the canines were carried out at the occlusal and palatal level and subsequently the adhesive composite veneers.
